As a general rule textbooks are borrowed from the school on a yearly basis. These books must be returned to school at the end of the 3rd term in July. Pupils should cover the books in plastic so as to avoid soiling the cover. Nothing should ever be written on the books. Pupils are to write their names on a label stuck to the temporary plastic covering of their books.

Time-Tables
Every class follows a time-table for two basic reasons:
- To ensure that no aspects of the timetable are neglected
- So that pupils carry as light a satchel as is possible
Parents are encouraged to make daily checks on their children’s satchels to ensure they do not carry extra items to school. Exercise books should be as thin as possible to help lighten the load pupils carry.
As a general rule, teachers keep the bulk of their pupils’ copybooks, workbooks and project books at school. In this way, children carry only those texts, which they need to use at home.
Every class teacher reserves the right to re-assign lessons on his particular time-table to best suit the needs of his pupils. Prior warning will be given to pupils whenever possible.
Lockers
Children in the junior classes may be asked to leave certain books in their lockers at school. Children kept responsible for the safekeeping of their locker key and loss of the locker key or any other damage must be paid for.
